Is it not amazing how far a tender heart can go or a few words shared from a heart that knows what it is like to suffer. I cannot get enough of hearing the wisdom that comes from people of God who love others and serve them with grace.
"a weak obedience to Christ...." I really appreciate how he articulated this. Sometimes, especially in the midst of depression, we have to rise above what seems like debilitating emotion and simply do what the Lord has put before us to do...even if it's as simple as washing the dishes or writing an email or going to the grocery store. It's so difficult, but the Lord surely honors obedience, however feeble. Thanks for posting this. So encouraging...
